• Consigned Inventory - We offer several Filter Inventory Programs. Included in this is a Onsite Consigned Inventory Program which means that D & D owns the inventory and insures the inventory until used. This is the next step up to "just in time" inventory. In addition, we can offer dedicated inventory at our facility for those customers that don't have the room.
• Equipment Rent and Lease Programs - we have both rental and lease agreement on filtration equipment which allows for process development cost to be held to a minimum. This will reduce costly time delays in scalup plus product to market delays.
• Process Reviews - We will come on site and review any process whether it be new or establishedand. At the end of the review we will provide a detailed written analysis of our finding and therecommendations of the proper filtration and contamination control.
• Filter Design - We can as conduate to our suppliers for developing filters to your special application need.
• Filterability Testing - we have the capability for both onsite testing as well sample testing at our facility. This includes extractables, chemical compatiability and filter sizing studies. We can protype from a couple liters at bench scale to pilot and on into full scale production.
